Located in Melbourne, our facilities services business AD Facility serviceshas been operating for 9 years. We service commercial and residential clients across Melbourne offering services such as painting, caulking and cleaning. Weare committed to delivering exceptional results in the work we do. We are seeking a qualified painter with at least one year of experience to join our growing business.

Role Overview:

As a painter, you will be involved in various stages of interior and exterior painting projects. This role requires precision and an eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality finish for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up scaffolding and ladders and protective coverings.
  • Preparing surfaces by removing old coatings, repairing woodwork, filling cracks, and ensuring surfaces are smooth and sealed.
  • Mix and prepare paint to client specifications and apply using brushes, rollers, and sprays, ensuring even and smooth finishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and properly handle equipment.
