The Role

Our Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first-class services to our patrons, ensuring alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Values. Successful candidates should be available early mornings and during the day.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers
  • Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
  • Replenishing condiments as needed
  • Following health and safety guidelines
  • Cashier experience, including taking orders and handling cash
  • Applying sound cash handling principles and using Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Promoting the centre's services and programs to patrons
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with patrons
  • Providing information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
  • Working mornings, evenings, and weekends; hours may increase during peak periods
  • Previous barista experience is highly desirable

Skills & Attributes:

  • Positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic work style
  • Coffee making/barista skills
  • Food handling certificate
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Current Food Handlers Qualification
  • Police Check
  • Working with Vulnerable People clearance
  • Flexibility during peak periods

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and customer service mindset are encouraged to apply
