Dates: ASAP – 03 August 2025
Specialty: Adult Mental Health – Case Management
Location: Gladstone, Queensland (Modified Monash Model: MM3)
Classification: Nurse Grade 6 (Clinical Nurse)
Hours: 76 hours per fortnight

About the Role:
Gladstone Mental Health Service is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse (CN) to join the Case Management team under an agency contract. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health case management for adult clients in the region.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in mental health case management

• Sound knowledge and clinical experience in adult mental health

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Relevant post-graduate qualifications or equivalent experience in mental health nursing (desirable)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a community mental health setting

This is a great opportunity to contribute to a supportive team in regional Queensland, offering stability through to early August.
