Le Pine Funerals, part of InvoCare, operates over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries, and 29 crematoria across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. We are expanding, and now is an exciting time to join our team.

As an Arranger Conductor, your role involves serving families by arranging and preparing all aspects of funeral services for their loved ones. This role offers new skills, personal growth, development opportunities, and the chance to earn qualifications in a rewarding industry.

Duties of an Arranger Conductor include :

  • Planning, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of the funeral service, informing families of available options.
  • Working closely with families from first contact, guiding them through requirements, and responding to their requests.
  • Implementing the funeral plan on the day, directing the team, and supporting the family.

About you :

  • You have a strong customer service ethos and pride in service delivery, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
  • You possess a professional attitude with empathy and compassion.
  • You are comfortable working with grieving families and the deceased.
  • You have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • You possess a full unrestricted driver's license.
