Overview

McCosker is looking for experienced plant operators for a project in Mount Rawdon.

Details of the Project
  • Local role or DIDO (Drive in-Drive out)
  • Roster is 10 days on - 4 days off
  • Attractive rates of pay (including overtime and site allowance)
  • For non-local employees, meals, accommodation, and travel payment applies.
  • Mobilisation to site commencing from July 2025.

Operators will be required to hold the relevant RII qualification.

Qualifications
  • Excavator (e.g., RIIMPO301, RIIMPO320)
  • Articulated Dump Truck (e.g., RIIMPO337)
  • Bulk Water Truck (e.g., RIIMPO206)
Requirements
  • Current Manual Driver Licence
  • Industry Construction Card (White / Blue Card)
  • Have relevant experience for the position
  • Coal Board Medical (current within past 12 months) (desirable but not essential)

Shortlisted candidates will be required to undertake a medical / functional assessment, including drug and alcohol screen, and complete company and client inductions. Copies of required RII tickets, qualifications and licences will be requested during screening and preboarding stage.
