Overview

McCosker is looking for experienced plant operators for a project in Mount Rawdon.

Details of the Project

- Local role or DIDO (Drive in-Drive out)
- Roster is 10 days on - 4 days off
- Attractive rates of pay (including overtime and site allowance)
- For non-local employees, meals, accommodation, and travel payment applies.
- Mobilisation to site commencing from July 2025.

Operators will be required to hold the relevant RII qualification.

Qualifications

- Excavator (e.g., RIIMPO301, RIIMPO320)
- Articulated Dump Truck (e.g., RIIMPO337)
- Bulk Water Truck (e.g., RIIMPO206)

Requirements

- Current Manual Driver Licence
- Industry Construction Card (White / Blue Card)
- Have relevant experience for the position
- Coal Board Medical (current within past 12 months) (desirable but not essential)

Shortlisted candidates will be required to undertake a medical / functional assessment, including drug and alcohol screen, and complete company and client inductions. Copies of required RII tickets, qualifications and licences will be requested during screening and preboarding stage.
