We are currently seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to support critical operations at a key port facility in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage data entry, process work orders, generate reports, and oversee site administration tasks within the SAP system.
  • Coordinate daily operations, ensuring seamless communication and workflow on-site.
  • Liaise with team members and supervisors to meet operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support adherence to workplace health, safety, and environmental policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: SAP system knowledge is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with administrative tasks.
