  In the role of Senior Consultant, Product Owner & Manager, you will join the NAB's Business Lending team that's doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
  
  Each Day, You'll Go Above And Beyond To
  • Improve customer, broker, specialist and banker experience to increase sales, improve NPS and grow market share through actively engaging with Distribution, Line 2 risk, Divisional Controls, Legal and Operations teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Develop detailed understanding of product processes and drive engagement across the value chain to improve collaboration and support customer and colleague service quality.
  • Identify, champion and implement continuous improvement opportunities across end-to-end processes, in conjunction with product managers and business unit engagement teams.
  • Develop detailed understanding of the risk and control frameworks across processes and actively manage the operating product risk profile to improve quality and compliance.
  • Lead product initiative delivery by understanding process impact and working with value chain partners to develop and implement solutions. As a product SME, support wider bank initiatives to deliver value and change.
  • Lead direct report, ensuring focus on empowering individuals, fostering a positive team environment and driving organisational success through delivery.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritise features that deliver the most value to the customer via agile domain delivery.
    
    
  We're looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
  • Extensive experience in product management and/ or invoice finance
  • Product management and end to end ownership of processes and policies - understand product processes through the value chain to support initiative delivery and identify opportunities to improve
  • Banking knowledge (in particular business lending)
  • Commercial acumen and sound knowledge of lending processes
  • Subject matter expertise in invoice finance, including structuring and managing risk
  • Process analysis and design, structured problem solving and operational risk management
  • Change management and implementation
