Product Owner for Invoice Finance

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Distribution, risk, Divisional Controls, Legal and Operations teams to develop and implement solutions that improve sales, NPS and market share.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of product processes and drive engagement across the value chain to improve collaboration and support customer service quality.
  • Identify, champion and implement continuous improvement opportunities across end-to-end processes in conjunction with product managers and business unit engagement teams.
  • Manage the operating product risk profile to improve quality and compliance by developing a detailed understanding of risk and control frameworks across processes.
  • Lead product initiative delivery by understanding process impact and working with value chain partners to develop and implement solutions.
