You will provide a range of community services to assist clients to be actively involved in their local community, engaged in meaningful opportunities and build relationships.
This role can be demanding and challenging but overall rewarding, as you positively impact the lives of the people you support.Responsibilities IncludeSupporting clients to live an active lifestyle and participate in their community through the delivery of a range of person-centred programsWork to behaviour support plans by utilising positive behaviour strategiesAssist and support clients with personal and hygiene careMaintenance of progress notes and record-keepingAbout YouSimilar to our clients, there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
This role is fulfilling but can be tough, requiring someone resilient both physically and emotionally.
We're after people that have a good heart, with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of people with disability and have similar values to ours.
