Community Support Worker

Location: Narraweena, NSW

About The Role

This is more than just a job – it's an opportunity to make a real impact in someone's life.

As a Community Support Worker, you'll help people with disability to build confidence, develop life skills, and participate fully in their community. Whether it's going for a walk, attending an art class, or cooking up a storm – you'll be right there, supporting and cheering them on.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing daily living support such as personal care, meal prep and light household tasks

Supporting clients to engage in fun, social, recreational or educational activities

Promoting independence and skill-building through everyday routines

Being a friendly, trusted presence in your clients' lives and building strong relationships

Working alongside families and other support networks

Keeping accurate notes and contributing to personalised support plans

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a cape – just genuine care, reliability, and a person-centred approach. Ideally, you'll also have:

Experience in disability

Great communication skills – you're approachable, respectful and a good listener

A positive attitude and a sense of humour – because joy matters

Attention to detail and the ability to follow routines and record progress

A current NSW driver's licence
