Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Roofing Sales professional. The role is based in the Charlotte Metro area, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, assessing roofing needs, preparing and presenting proposals, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the sales professional will be expected to follow up with clients, coordinate with the roofing team, and oversee project execution to ensure high-quality standards are met.

Qualifications

Helpful but not required: Knowledge

  • in roofing, siding, and windows
  • Experience with ladders
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Proven track record in sales or a related field
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in construction
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in roofing or construction are a plus
