**Skills, Experience & Attributes Required**:
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment practices including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance and on-boarding
Experience in building strategic talent strategies and recruitment plans with a focus on proactive talent sourcing methods
Strong understanding of recruitment compliance, process, procedure and employment legislation
