As such, we are looking for a people-focused and solutions-orientedTalent Advisorto join our People & Culture team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across our national network of stores. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source great talent, and ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience that reflects our values and brand.

As a Talent Advisor, you will:

- Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Source talent through online platforms, social media, and professional networks
- Screen, interview, and manage candidate communications with professionalism and care
- Track recruitment KPIs and maintain data integrity across our ATS
- Support employment branding through LinkedIn, careers pages, and social media
- Champion safety and compliance across all recruitment activities

What you will bring:

- Experience in high volume recruitment within retail, agency, or internal environments is preferred
- Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and candidate care
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like PageUp and job boards such as SEEK, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and recruitment compliance
- A growth mindset, resilience, and a passion for problem-solving
- Retail experience or knowledge of the retail industry is preferred
