About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Metropolitan Youth Health - SPACE program team as Youth Health Worker, where you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging and supporting young pregnant and parenting people, and vulnerable youth affected by domestic and family violence (DFV), to access and navigate specialised primary health care services.
  • Delivering 1:1 and group therapeutic interventions focused on the impacts of DFV and strengthen resilience through a trauma-informed, youth-centred approach.
  • Coordinating and evaluating grant-funded programs and partnerships that empower young people and families to manage their health and wellbeing.
  • Participating in professional supervision, promoting continuous learning, and contributing to quality improvement and reporting within a multidisciplinary team.

About You
