About the Role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this hands-on, permanent part-time role will see you supporting all aspects of marketing, communications, and branding across the business. From managing social media platforms and creating engaging content, to coordinating events and producing marketing collateral, you will play a key part in shaping and maintaining Mossop's brand identity.

You will be the go-to person for all things marketing – collaborating with our internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to deliver professional, creative, and impactful outcomes.

Duties include:

  • Manage and create content for company social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Assist with the creation of branded materials including brochures, signage, merchandise, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external events such as staff functions, client tours, and industry events.
  • Assist with award submissions, and promotional documents in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Support graphic design needs using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring creativity, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. You will enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while also being confident managing your own priorities.

You will ideally have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar marketing/communications role. (highly desirable)
  • Tertiary qualification (Cert IV or higher) in Marketing & Communications. (highly desirable).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and strong alignment with Mossop's values.
  • Experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded.

Role Requirements:

  • National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
