The 
Almond Board of Australia (ABA)
 is the peak industry body representing almond growers, processors, and marketers nationwide. We are proud to champion one of Australia's fastest-growing horticultural industries — promoting best practice, innovation, and the global demand for Australian almonds.

We are looking for a 
Marketing Coordinator
 to join our team. This role will play a key part in delivering campaigns, coordinating events, and driving engagement across digital and social platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the development and execution of campaigns
  • Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities (including occasional travel)
  • Assist with partnerships and collaborations across industry stakeholders
  • Work with agency partners on creative content development
  • Coordinate and manage content for our social media channels
  • Monitor analytics and provide insights to improve performance
  • Be across research on trends and consumer behaviour

What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong writing ability with a creative eye for content
  • Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
  • A sound understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Desirable:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Asana, Google Suite, and META
  • Experience with interstate and international travel
  • A passion for food and agriculture is a bonus
