Overview

Seasonal Retail Team Member - Joondalup at City Beach. You will deliver an exceptional and memorable experience for customers during the seasonal Christmas period, leveraging product knowledge and customer service to offer solutions. You will help create a shoppable environment, keep the shopfloor neat, and ensure the store is set up for promotions and stocked with the latest product.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing a superior customer experience for each person who walks through our store.
  • Ensuring our stores are open and ready to be shopped by our customers.
  • Managing the movement of stock, optimising sales, filing and tidying the shopfloor, and getting the store set up for promotions and sales.
  • Working with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Demonstrating strong product knowledge and researching and describing product features and benefits.
  • Recommending, selecting, and helping locate product based on customer needs or desires.
  • Supporting the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations.
  • Reporting safety hazards or concerns to management to ensure a safe place to work and shop.

  • Previous experience in a customer-service role desirable.
  • A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to provide service for multiple customers.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations with a personable approach to customers.
