WSAudiology is a global leader in the hearing aid industry. Part of the WSAudiology group and Bloom Hearing Specialists, TotalCare operates a global network of hearing stores with a focus on career growth and development. Location: Caringbah. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities
  • Engaging with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions, answering inquiries and providing tailored product information.
  • Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our expert audiologists.
  • Guiding customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
  • Resolving concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Contributing to local marketing efforts to promote the clinic and its services.
  • Performing minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
What We Are Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to navigate software programs (CRM, appointment management, etc.).
  • Attention to detail with a solid administrative background and a collaborative spirit.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
