Sales & Warehouse Operator (Gyprock) - Caringbah, NSW. Full-time position based at Caringbah, NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre delivering exceptional customer service and achieving operational excellence within the warehouse.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service for all customers in store and in the warehouse.
- Stock movements and maintenance of stock.
- Load trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements.
- Unload inbound stock orders.
- Serve customers in the warehouse, including loading vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
- Ensure documentation, labeling and presentation of products is adhered to.
- Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
- Contribute to the achievement of store revenue and margin budgets.
- Forklift licence and experience are essential.
- Strong work ethic and ability to interact confidently with customers.
- Eagerness to learn about products and services.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and busy environment.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm.

About The Role: The Gyprock Trade Warehouse Operator, Counter Sales role is a full-time position based in Caringbah, NSW. This role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence within the warehouse.
