Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to contribute to our Mergers and Acquisitions team. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer to work on complex transactions, provide advisory services, and develop their expertise in corporate law.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the preparation of legal documents and agreements;
  • Providing advice on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and securities regulation;
  • Assisting with due diligence, negotiations, and deal completion;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years post-qualification experience as a lawyer;
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities regulation;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a team.
