Ostara Australia is a not-for-profit provider of the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) provider specialising in Mental Health commencing 01 November 2025.
Although this may be a new program – we have been transforming lives since 2001.

- Working within the program guidelines, providing individualised support, and client-centred assistance and guidance to job seekers addressing their barriers to employment.
- Reverse marketing our jobseekers to employers and maintain relationships with them by job carving, networking and understanding the local labour market.
- Work with our jobseekers to ensure that they gain suitable employment opportunities aligned to their individual goals.
- Support post-employment support to both employers and our clients.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within disability employment or a related employment support program, with a strong understanding of the employment services landscape and client-focused delivery.
- Genuine passion for mental health advocacy, with valued lived experience and a commitment to empowering individuals through meaningful employment opportunities and social inclusion.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate daily operations at the site, ensuring efficient workflow and client engagement, skilled in building rapport and conducting assessments of clients' skills, barriers, and employment potential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective, client-centred solutions.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, encourage, and advocate for clients, fostering confidence and resilience in their employment journey.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering a high-quality, responsive experience for clients and stakeholders with confidence to work on community partnerships and employer engagement.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multitask effectively in a dynamic and high-demand work environment, with high level of attention to detail, particularly in notes, reporting, and compliance.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences.
- Adherence to organisational policies, procedures, contractual obligations and code of conduct.
- Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.

- A current Working with Children Check
- A current and unrestricted Driver's License.
