We are seeking a professional to work with individuals who require support in finding employment. Our goal is to empower our clients by identifying their goals and aspirations, building skills and job-readiness, and supporting them through interviews and into employment.

This position involves working with people to understand their needs and provide tailored support to achieve their employment goals. You will build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients and place them into sustainable employment leading to outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or a client-facing role and be happy liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders. You will also be confident working towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers.
