Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and executing fundraising initiatives to secure financial resources for our projects and programs.

Responsibilities
Donor Engagement
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing donors.
  • Identify and research potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
  • Develop strategies to expand the donor base and ensure donor retention.
Grant Writing And Proposal Development
  • Prepare compelling grant proposals and funding applications.
  • Collaborate with program managers to gather information for proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and reporting requirements.
Event Planning and Management
  • Organize and coordinate fundraising events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities for events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and engage participants.
Campaign Management
  • Design and implement fundraising campaigns to achieve financial targets.
  • Utilize various channels, including online platforms and social media, to promote campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Financial Reporting
  • Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities, donations received, and budget adherence.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program managers, marketing, and communications.
  • Effectively communicate the impact of donations and the organization's mission to donors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Nonprofit Management, Communications).
  • Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with donor databases and fundraising software.
