We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as a Creative Project Manager. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of innovative brand and marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand and drive fan engagement across Australia's premier sporting organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership
  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand strategy, target audiences, and content portfolio to deliver effective marketing campaigns
  • Oversee creative projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and delivery of expected outcomes with clear production timelines and approval strategies
  • Ensure smooth delivery of brand and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including video, social media, editorial, digital platforms, and traditional media
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Brand Managers, Creative Director, Marketing and Creative Teams, while managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and to vision
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during project execution, facilitating communication between creative, brand, marketing, and operational teams
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders
Financial Management:
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring delivery within financial parameters
  • Provide accurate quotes and oversee supplier invoicing and project reconciliation processes
  • Track expenses and deliver regular financial reporting
