About the Role

We're partnering with a leading FMCG business to find a polished and proactive Receptionist for a short-term assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic office environment for two weeks , starting immediately.

What You'll Be Doing

Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, creating a warm and professional first impression.

Keep the reception area and communal spaces neat and well-stocked.

Handle courier bookings (domestic and international), sort mail, and liaise with Australia Post.

Manage meeting room bookings and make sure rooms are clean and ready for use.

What We're Looking For

Experience in Reception or a similar front-of-house role.

A friendly, professional demeanour and excellent communication skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A can-do attitude and pride in maintaining a well-presented workspace.
