Outcast is seeking a highly motivated CRM Coordinator to join our growing team on the Gold Coast. In this role, you'll support the CRM & Loyalty Manager in bringing customer journeys to life across email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp using Klaviyo. You'll play a key role in campaign and flow planning, building, testing, and deployment, while also analyzing performance insights and optimization. From segmentation to personalization, you'll help craft engaging communications that drive engagement, conversions, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, schedule, and deploy on-brand, high-converting campaigns and automated flows across email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp.
  • Partner with the CRM Manager on campaign planning, briefing, build, QA testing, deployment, and post-send analysis.
  • Support the execution and testing of automated journeys across the customer lifecycle, including welcome series, abandonments, winbacks, loyalty programs, and more.
  • Develop, test, and optimize audience segmentation, triggers, dynamic content, and send timing to ensure relevant messaging.
  • Use behavioral and transactional data to enhance personalization and relevance in communications.
  • Lead and report on A/B testing for subject lines, creative elements, CTAs, and timing to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and lifecycle performance, providing insights to increase retention and revenue.
  • Present key performance metrics in weekly marketing team meetings.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure messaging and visuals are on-brand, optimized for conversions, and seasonally appropriate.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing within eCommerce/DTC brands, with proven experience using Klaviyo.
  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications (certificate, diploma, or degree).
  • Hands-on experience setting up tags, segments, flows, campaigns, and A/B tests in Klaviyo.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, from mapping customer journeys to campaign deployment.
  • Solid understanding of email/SMS best practices, deliverability, and compliance.
  • Confidence in copywriting and collaborating on creative content.
  • Full-time, in-office position only.
  • Based on the Gold Coast.
