Northside Christian College is currently seeking a caring and capable Receptionist to join our Administration Team on a Part-time Maternity Leave cover basis. This is a key front-facing role in our Prep – Year 12 school, providing vital support to our students, families, and wider College community.

There is potential for extension beyond the maternity leave period.

About the Position

  • Part-time (specific days and hours to be discussed with the successful applicant)
  • Fixed term for Maternity Leave cover, commencing Term 4, 2025
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and families
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage student attendance and sign-in/out processes
  • Provide administrative support to College staff and leadership
  • Maintain a welcoming and well-organised front office

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role (school setting preferred)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with school administration systems (e.g. SEQTA) is highly desirable
  • A warm, professional, and organised approach
  • A committed Christian with a heart for service
  • Holds or is willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check
