As our Retail Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll also be instrumental in leading a team and fostering a culture of success and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
  2. Coach and lead staff to meet KPIs and deliver top-tier service
  3. Oversee inventory, merchandising, and stock control
  4. Handle rostering, staff performance, and recruitment support
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
  1. Minimum 1 year experience in a retail management role (essential)
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills
  3. Passion for retail, sales, and customer service
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
