Infinet Network Solutions is a leading IT infrastructure specialist and Managed Service Provider (MSP) with over 20 years of expertise. We are known for building long-term relationships with clients ranging from 100 to 1000 seats.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse and technically challenging projects across the ANZ region. This role involves overseeing complex assignments, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet quality standards within budget and timelines from the point off sales handover onwards.

Location: Sydney - Chatswood

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery, converting sales proposals and Statements of Work into actionable projects with detailed plans, budgets, and procurement strategies. Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders, commercial sales teams, procurement, and business operations to ensure seamless execution.

Maintain clear and consistent reporting, providing weekly status updates using RAG format and delivering monthly time/budget burn-down reports per project.

Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and contractors, and document key actions and outcomes.

Manage project milestones and delivery timelines, tracking procurement progress and ensuring alignment with agreed scopes and schedules

Oversee risk, issue, defect, and variation tracking, maintaining quality standards in line with industry best practice

Enforce commercial terms, managing milestone-based payments, variations, and tracking travel and accommodation costs related to project teams.

Maintain project documentation, RAG reporting, maintaining comprehensive project records and ensuring all work package owners contribute their deliverables.

Review deliverables including contractor work, as-built records, and quality documentation to ensure fitness for purpose before payment release.

Drive continuous improvement, leading lessons learned sessions

Support escalation management, acting as a liaison across internal teams and with clients when challenges arise.

Prioritize workload effectively in line with customer expectations and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in project management with a track record of successful outcomes with IT infrastructure projects

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Experience managing infrastructure projects, including network, cloud, and data centre deployments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

PRINCE2, PMBOK, or PMP certification is an advantage, relevant project case studies may substitute.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude

Location:

Based in Chatswood – Sydney, with some travel across ANZ required.

Additional Information:

Must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency with a clean background check.
