  • Due to newly awarded projects and an influx of work, we are now looking for a new Recruitment consultant to join a small established team with one of our clients.
  • Role functions will included though not be limited to, blue-collar positions – primarily trades and labour.
  • 80% of roles are FIFO with other positions based locally or in Kalgoorlie.
  • Must be comfortable with face to face and over the phone interviews (teams)
  • Strong organisational skills, computer literate and ability to work with high volumes.
Additional comments
  • Role is Monday to Friday
  • Some degree of flexibility for start and finish times.
  • Must be a hard worker, sound work ethic, ability to work in a small team, have a high attention to detail and understand work priorities.
  • In Recruitment every day is different and the ability to see "grey" and having flexibility is essential.
