About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both blue and white-collar temporary and permanent positions. You'll leverage a suite of cutting-edge recruitment platforms, including FastTrack360, Broadbean, Onboarded, Referoo, LinkedIn, MPower, and Workday, to attract, screen, and place exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse blue- and white-collar temporary and permanent positions across the country, utilising tools such as FastTrack360, MPower/Workday, Broadbean, FCC and Onboarded.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screening and interviews to assess skills and experience, with a strong emphasis and proven expertise in sourcing Riggers and Operators, our core workforce.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deeply understand their specific hiring needs.
  • Effectively coordinate candidate placements, ensuring a seamless onboarding delivery.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to internal stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant with:

  • Proven experience in blue- and white-collar recruitment, with a strong track record in placing Crane Operators and Riggers.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using systems such as FastTrack360, MPower, FCC, and Onboarded.
  • Recruitment experience within the shutdown sector, capable of mobilising candidates quickly to meet tight, high-pressure deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, able to work independently and collaborate seamlessly in a team environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Ability to work in our Hope Valley office, directly with the team.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday in office.
  • A National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months, or willingness to obtain one).
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening prior to commencement.
