We are partnering with our esteemed client in Geebung needing exceptional Customer Care Consultants to join their dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer or respond to customer enquiries with aim to resolve on first point of contact
  • Process service requests received via phone, web platform and email
  • Assist operations team with resolving any service delivery delays or issues
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling critical and sensitive customer data
  • Participate in ongoing training to continuously enhance skills and knowledge

About You
  • takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
  • can effectively manage a variety of situations with a positive attitude
  • you are comfortable working with computer systems
  • have prior customer service experience
  • eager to learn and grow through feedback and development opportunities
  • experience in Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
  • must be comfortable in busy fast paced environment
  • must be available for to start within a weeks notice of interviewing for the role

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, an Australian Citizen, and successfully pass a police check, drug and alcohol test, and standard pre-employment checks.
