Undergraduate opportunity: Build the extraordinary, every day
The Hatch Undergraduate Program provides the opportunity to work on real projects and gain practical industry skills. We will help you through the transition, bridging the gap between your education and career.
As part of the Civil Team you will provide civil engineering design expertise to Hatch's commodity-based business units and have the opportunity to work across civil, water and geotechnical. Our capability spans through the whole project lifecycle, comprising scoping, conceptual design, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering, construction and project management.

You bring to the role:
You will be working towards Bachelor/Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with a strong academic record. Candidates will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and will be collaborators with the ability to think laterally and innovatively to solve problems. You will also have an interest in exploring a future with a global consulting company and are committed to creating positive change.
The 12-week program commences on Monday, 17 Nov 2025.
Please note, during this time Hatch will have its annual office closure from COB Friday, 19 December 2025 and will reopen Monday, 5 January 2026. The Vacation Program will conclude from COB Friday, February 20th, 2026.
