About the Role

This is a stellar opportunity to work on a key partnership with Network Ten—one of Australia's most influential entertainment networks. The Senior Talent Manager - Socials, is responsible for overseeing the social media presence of priority shows across Network 10. Responsible for managing and enhancing our brand's image across all social platforms, engaging with audiences, promoting shows, liaising with Talent and agents, and driving viewership through creative and strategic social media campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focusing on promoting new and existing shows, events, and network milestones.
  • Plan and execute daily posts, stories, and campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Coordinate with production teams, marketing, and creative departments to ensure timely and accurate promotion of shows and special events.
  • Monitor and leverage trending topics, hashtags, and current events to keep content relevant and engaging.
Audience Engagement & Growth
  • Actively engage with fans and followers, responding to comments, questions, and discussions to foster a strong community.
  • Use social listening tools to monitor audience sentiment and feedback, adapting strategies based on audience interests.
  • Create and manage contests, polls, Q&A sessions, and other interactive content to enhance audience interaction and viewership loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, and audience growth).
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and content strategies.
  • Work closely with producers, directors, on-air talent, and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns that align with the broader marketing goals.
  • Act as the voice of the television network on social media, ensuring brand tone and message are consistent across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with influencers, media outlets, and partners to amplify content and extend the network's reach.
