Drive and Deliver

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a HR truck driver to join our team in Geelong, Victoria, driving a concrete agitator truck. We value drivers who are passionate about safety, results-oriented, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving reliable and well-maintained equipment
  • Slumping and delivering concrete to customers
  • Operating and maintaining a concrete agitator truck

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A HR, HC, or MC driver's license (experience with agitator trucks preferred but not essential)
  • Current White Card or ability to obtain one
  • A professional work ethic and customer service focus
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Strong adherence to safety policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with the Chain of Responsibility
