Concrete Plant Supervisor Opportunity

This exciting opportunity exists for a Trainee Concrete Plant Manager to join our dynamic team at Central Pre-Mix Concrete, a leading construction materials producer in Australia.

You will play a vital role in fostering a culture of quality, integrity, and customer service within our organisation, reporting directly to the Operations & Logistics Manager.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision to drivers operating concrete agitators and lorries

  • Coordinate plant maintenance and perform routine maintenance tasks

  • Batch and dispatch concrete according to set procedures

  • Manage stocks of raw materials to ensure timely availability

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and Chain of Responsibility requirements

Requirements for Success:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor in the construction materials industry

  • Holding valid forklift and front-end loader licenses

  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
