Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
  • Domestic Support: Cleaning, laundry, meal prep, maintaining a safe home
  • Social & Community Engagement: Outings, appointments, and connection
  • Life Skills & Independence: Supporting with shopping, cooking
  • Medication & Transport Assistance: Where suitably qualified
  • Respite & Mental Health Support: Temporary care and behavioural assistance
What We\'re Looking For
  • QLD C/CA Driver's Licence + reliable vehicle
  • Compassionate and client-centred approach
  • Strong communication and resilience in varied situations
  • Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or equivalent
  • 12+ months of industry experience
  • Experience in personal care, manual handling, and behavioural support
