The Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital transformation journey. Based in Sydney and reporting to the Product & Marketing Director, APAC, this role is pivotal in driving brand and commercial outcomes through digital channels and Digital MarTech.

You'll be accountable for the digital marketing strategy, execution, and performance. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of digital marketing for a global brand.

What You'll Do
  • Define and lead the digital marketing strategy aligned to brand and business goals
  • Optimise digital experiences across all digital touchpoints
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive performance and refine strategy
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and ROI reporting
  • Collaborate with global teams to align on best practices and innovation
  • Coach and develop team members to build capability and deliver growth
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in digital marketing with a proven track record
  • A driven leader with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or Design (preferred)
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Meta, Salesforce, HubSpot, Contentful
  • Strategic thinker, comfortable to challenge the status quo with hands on execution capability
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
