Led by an inspiring and forward-thinking Head of Marketing, the team is now looking to grow by appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to lead their digital strategy.
Key Insights: - Own and drive the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across residential and mixed-use projects.
- Lead performance marketing, content, social, and analytics to drive engagement and conversion.
- Be the digital Storyteller for the brand - Work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to elevate the brand and project portfolio.
You will also: Lead and evolve the digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO/SEM, content, social, website, and email Shape and oversee brand storytelling that reflects a premium design aesthetic across every channel Own omnichannel campaign performance across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Ads, and EDMs Manage agency relationships and ensure every partner is aligned, efficient, and delivering to KPIs Partner with sales, creative teams, and marketing to drive visibility and qualified leads for styling projects, display suite launches, and marketing campaigns Analyse and report on performance—using insights to refine, optimise, and evolve your digital strategy ?? Who You Are 5–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand, or performance-driven content roles Knowledge or experience from a property related group or brand Someone who has been in a broader marketing team, but looking to take the next step up in their career A strong digital storyteller who thrives on crafting campaigns that convert and captivate Experience in property, lifestyle, design, or real estate marketing is a plus—but NOT essential Confident in managing external agencies and creative partners with a focus on outcomes and ROI Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on—you can zoom out and still roll up your sleeves Data-driven, design-aware, and always thinking about how to make a bigger impact ??Macquarie Park Location??
