Job Summary:

Monday - Sunday: Morning, Afternoon

2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this roleExpected salary: $30 - $40 per hourPosition Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and versatile individual to fill the role of Casual Barista / Floor. The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, provide excellent customer service, and support various cafe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Greet customers warmly and engage with them professionally.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area, including brewing equipment, counters, and serving areas.
  • Assist in stocking and replenishing coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred.
  • Strong passion for coffee and enthusiasm for creating exceptional coffee experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
