Job Summary:

About the Role:

We seek an experienced Head Barista to join our front-of-house team at a popular Brighton cafe. This permanent role offers a 4- to 5-day workweek, with weekends off (Monday to Friday only). The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and hospitality, management experience, and strong leadership skills.

This position involves:

  • Responsibility for team and venue operations
  • Contributing to decision-making and team discussions
  • Developing professional skills and career growth
  • Driving and maintaining standards within the venue
Candidate Profile:

You should have:

  • A passion for coffee and hospitality
  • At least 2-3 years of management experience
  • Strong FOH skills and customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • A strong work ethic and ability to meet KPIs
  • Enthusiasm for managing systems and software
  • Current RSA Certificate
