At a cafe, we're seeking a skilled Barista to fulfill beverage and customer needs. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality drinks to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes
  • Enter orders accurately into the POS device and accept payments
  • Replenish supplies while maintaining cleanliness of the service area
  • Ensure presentation, portion control, and proper serving temperatures following health and safety standards
  • Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • Prepare food by following approved recipes and production standards
  • Clean equipment and workstation before leaving the area
  • Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Previous barista experience is preferred; willing to train
  • Demonstrate understanding of daily menu items and explain them to customers
