About the role
As our business continues to grow at a rapid pace, we're on the lookout for a driven and experienced Production Manager to join our Advanced Manufacturing team. If you have a solid background in large-scale manufacturing projects especially involving switchboards, switchrooms, and kiosk systems, this is your chance to take on a dynamic role where your expertise will truly shine.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of manufacturing delivery for CE Group Switchboards
  • HSEQ culture ownership, compliance and reporting
  • Identification and implementation of efficiency improvements
  • Ongoing management of Lean manufacturing processes
  • Liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders for mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Human Resource Management for performance managemnt, development, training and resourcing requirements
  • Functional execution improvements and Workshop management
  • Provision of technical advice and risk mitigation strategies
  • Provision of support to project teams in execution of project programs
  • Production of management reports as required.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Delivery or Production Manager, with a focus on manufacturing projects, switchboard, switchroom and kiosk systems
  • Initiative and a general drive for success
  • Well-developed communication skillsincluding theability to interact with internal customers, external stakeholders, and clients
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and promote cohesive teamwork
  • Proficient in efficiency improvement
  • Understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to switchboard, switchroom and kiosk systems
  • Legal unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
