As a SaaS Product Manager you will oversee products from conception to launch, along with each new iteration. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from the product strategy to the go-to-market phase.

THE ROLE:

- Build the product strategy in collaboration with the leadership team supported by internal and external analysis
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, from idea to implementation within the organisation
- Drive implementation and prioritise roadmap basis business and customer impact and see features through the process of planning, development, release and beyond
- Lead product design, including generating ideas with the team and collecting feedback from customers on proposed changes, and communicate the product vision
- Manage prioritisation and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support volume
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Drive product launches including working with marketing and sales teams and other department managers
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Ensure customer centricity by being the point of contact for the customer in all aspects of the product development and delivery process.
- Understand market dynamics, continue to gain an understanding of the evolution of the domain and the players.

YOU:

- Experience in understanding product metrics and driving data driven product decisions.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
- Customer empathy and customer focused decision making
- Experience with UX analysis, design and delivery
- Dedicated, detail-oriented, pragmatic individual who strives for measurable results
- High bias for action and collaborative approach with the ability to drive consensus at all levels across the organisation
