**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process, ensuring products are manufactured to specified standards.
- Drive operational excellence, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop, review, and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to streamline product development and delivery.
- Manage, lead, and mentor a team of production staff, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock while minimising waste.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are well-maintained and operate at optimum efficiency.
- Analyse production data, preparing reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the glass or manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and team management experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency with production software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
