In this role you will oversee our production and operational activities across all business units and provide production strategy support to the General Manager

Key responsibilities will include;
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all manufacturing and production activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of orders.
Optimize production processes, workflows, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure seamless production execution and adherence to customer requirements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the production facility and warehouse.
Manage budgets and costs to ensure production operates efficiently and profitably.
Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.
Provide strong leadership and guidance to the production team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for employees.

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and quality control principles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using relevant software and systems for inventory management and production tracking.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance within the workplace.
