Overview

HR Partners is seeking an organised and proactive L&D Program Coordinator to join us on a temporary basis from now until the end of January 2026 with the possibility of extension.

Working in a collaborative and supportive environment, you'll be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the smooth delivery of engaging training programs and initiatives that support professional growth across various infrastructure and defence service lines.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to "think on your feet." Experience with learning and safety management systems is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinating the annual training schedule and other learning and development programs.
  • Assisting in the development of training materials and quality assurance documentation.
  • Monitoring and tracking program performance, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Processing training-related invoices and managing program data.
About you
  • Demonstrated experience in administering and coordinating training programs.
  • Proven ability to manage administrative processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and data management.
  • Immediately available
Conditions
  • Hybrid: 2 days on site between North Sydney and Parramatta, 3 days flexible.
  • Maximum salary of $100k FTE dependant on experience
