Reporting to the Project Director, this Permanent Part-Time role is to provide administrative support to the Beachside Yaroomba Sales Consultant in the delivery of land, terrace homes and apartment sales activities and sales office management.

Please note the days/hours of this role are Wednesday - Saturday 9am - 2:30pm.

About the role

· Meeting and greeting customers and registering their details before handing over to a Sales Consultant.

· Opening the display office on time as well as answering phones and responding to emails.

· Manage courier bookings, outbound mail, DX mail, mail register book, flowers, bottled water, cleaners key register, security company, stationery orders, catering and other tasks as needed.

· Liaise with conveyancing staff regarding exchange of contracts and any problems/communications about client files.

· Assisting with returns of buyer's expression of interests, sending out the contracts making sure the deposits are paid on time.

· Liaise with project marketing manager to manage supplies of marketing collateral.

· Update price lists and ensure they are circulated to all staff including head office.

· Assist the Sales Consultants in preparing house and land packages and loading them onto websites.

· Once a month, visit a selection of display home builder consultants to develop a relationship with them.

About you

· Sales and / or administration experience in related industry

· Industry related knowledge in land sales, real estate, or property market.

· Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word and Excel.

· Secondary/Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline valued (preferred).

· Real Estate Registration Certificate (preferred).

· Sound knowledge of the General Sales Process.
