Case Manager / Advocate (MRCA Claims Only)
Veteran Support Officer (MRCA Entitlements & Administration)
We're looking for compassionate, professional, and purpose-driven individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of those who've served our country.
Both roles are part-time (36 hours/week) across a 4-day work week, offering flexibility, meaningful work, and a chance to be part of a fast-growing advocacy service grounded in excellence, integrity, and care.
- Ideal for those with experience in DVA claims, incapacity payments, or veterans' support services.
- Especially suitable for former DVA delegates or professionals familiar with MRCA frameworks.
Applicants must submit a video introduction and a tailored cover letter as part of their expression of interest.
Roles available in both Port Kennedy (WA) and Townsville (QLD).
